Prices include all Florida State and Local County Taxes,utilities (except pool/spa heating), cleaning (before & after your stay), linen etc.
Pool & Spa Heat must be requested at time of booking and is charged at $140/ £95/ €110 per week.
Cleaning fees of $80/ £55/ €60 will apply to any bookings of LESS than 5 days.
Payment in full is required 10 weeks before stay.
A deposit of $350/ £240 / €270 is required with all bookings.
A fully refundable Security Deposit of $265/ £180 / €200 is taken with all bookings.
Your price will not alter once we have received your booking & deposit. We reserve the right to change our advertised rates at any time due to currency fluctuations
